This policy explains how Daniel Shimon Nachmani, operating as Fedwren ("we"), HaBanim St 7, Kiryat Shmona, Israel, handles personal data. Contact: support@fedwren.com.

What we collect

• Your email address, to send you the digest and contact you about your account.
• Your company name, to personalize your digest and drafts.
• Your NAICS and opportunity preferences, to choose which opportunities to send you.
• Basic email delivery data (for example delivered, bounced, unsubscribed), to keep sending reliable.
• Billing records from Paddle (plan, status, country, invoices). Card and payment details are collected by Paddle, our Merchant of Record; we never see or store card numbers.

How we use it

To send the daily digest, personalize drafts, provide support, and manage your subscription. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Processors we use

• Cloudflare – website hosting and the unsubscribe service.
• Resend – email delivery.
• Paddle – checkout, payments, taxes, invoices and refunds (Merchant of Record).
• Google (Gemini API) – generates draft responses from public notice text only. Your company details are never sent to Google; they are filled into drafts on our own systems.

Cookies and analytics

The Fedwren website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or any third-party scripts. We do not track your visits to the site.

International data transfers

Fedwren is operated from Israel. Your data is processed in the United States and other countries by the providers listed above, including Cloudflare (website hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Paddle (payments).

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for up to 12 months after cancellation, then delete it, except records we must keep by law (for example billing records).

Unsubscribe

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link and an unsubscribe header. Once you unsubscribe we stop sending you the digest. You can also email support@fedwren.com.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@fedwren.com. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
